La Piola est un groupe de folklore argentin basé à Montréal. Le groupe se consacre à faire revivre les sons du Rio de la Plata et de la région littorale. Avec la voix envoûtante de la porteña Luz Seferiadez, le bassiste Ivan Tolj, le bombo legüero et les percussions de Jose Miguel Valero, ainsi que la flûte d’Adelina Steinmetz, l’ensemble transporte le public vers les rythmes vibrants de la Milonga, du Zamba, du Candombe, des Chacareras et du Chamamé.

La Piola is an Argentine folklore group based in Montreal. The group is dedicated to reviving the sounds of Rio de la Plata and the coastal region. With the haunting voice of porteña Luz Seferiadez, bassist Ivan Tolj, the bombo legüero and percussion of Jose Miguel Valero, and the flute of Adelina Steinmetz, the ensemble transports audiences to the vibrant rhythms of Milonga, Zamba, Candombe, Chacareras and Chamamé.
