• Afro-Jazz • Already very young, he played the drums which he made from cardboard boxes and cans. At the age of 14, he made his first concert at the college in Korhogo, his hometown. He was noticed and hired by the Les Mewlessel orchestra with which he undertook these first tours.

Already very young, he played the drums which he made from cardboard boxes and cans. At the age of 14, he made his first concert at the college of Korhogo, his hometown. He was noticed and hired by the Les Mewlessel orchestra with which he undertook these first international tours. From the Republican Guard, he joined the RTI orchestra before being recruited by the philharmonic orchestra of the National Gendarmerie in Abidjan.
In 1999 he moved to Quebec where his talent was quickly recognized and obtained a gold record in 2005 with his group. Today Momo SORO evolves with his formation Z'wa (joy).
